I just got a 8"-10" Sebae anemone and need to know the best way to get him to stick. Do i need to just turn the lights out and let him roll around in the sand and do his thing or do i need to force him to stay on a rock? Right now it seems that he wants nothing to do with the rock i put him on, it looks pretty bleached to me so i need to start hand feeding him ASAP and it wont while its not attached.

You are better off not doing anything. Including feeding. Once it's in the tank, let it fend for itself.
