Hey I was wondering what species of acro this is. I was thinking tort but the polyps are a little close. It has been fragged and the bleaching that you see here has gone away. I am not looking for a name of it, just the species. If you know both even better though :)

" Do you know what kind of tort it is? What type of lighting do you have? And where is it currently placed in the tank? How is it doing? What are your levels?"

I dint even know if it's a tort anymore. I have a 4 bulb t5. I have 4 frags distributed over the top of the rockwork. 3 out of the 4 frags are doing well. The last fell on the sanded and now it's turning white. I don't test for calc or alk yet but I'm buying those kits soon. I have 0 trates, Trites, ammo, and 8.1 ph. I do have a little hIr algae though..

I'm sorry to say but it looks to be in terrible shape. I would be surprised if it makes it.
But it's pretty hard to tell what it is from the picture in this shape. I wouldn't even want to take a guess but I would say not a tort.

That was after shipping without a heat pack. I fragged it because of this and it actually turned out okay. Would a pic of it looking better help find out what it is?

alright heres a pic. it has yellowish polyps that protrude slightly. the white at the base is superglue, not coral skeleton. the mother colony has colored up at the cuts and now the white is pinkish. there are two other pics but it wont let me show them. one is of the mother colony and the other is of the frag with two branches
