    Not sure what it is but I'm sure its an acropora of some sort. Hopefully it will survive. I rescued this piece and a few small ones I glued to frag disks.

    Gonna go out on a limb and say a. secale? or common name Bonsai.

    pretty beat up though hope it comes back

    Thanks VA. The tank I got it from was hideous. I'm hoping it recovers.

    Kinda hard to tell from the picture. Looks like it has been fragged quite a bit.
    It looks smooth, almost velvety. I don't see any polyps. Could it be Distichopora i.e. lace coral?
