I'm not a fan of ankle biters myself. I love Great Danes but they don't live very long and the slobber would make me crazy enough to start slobbering my own self  Post some pics of the kids loving on their new puppy if you can!

Yep I prefer dogs knee height or above. If I could step on it and kill it by accident...then it shouldn't be in the house :p Our mutt we've had since I was 7 years old is showing the signs of age. He was a rescue from the humane society somewhere in Bama.

Good luck with the new pup adventure! The messes will come shortly. I hope you have a lot of the quilted quicker picker upper laying around.

I'm so sorry about the kitty! You'll know when it's time. I had to put my 16-1/2 year old dog down a few years ago - it about killed me, but I knew it was time. :(

Ms. Harley is adorable! What a beautiful puppy! The kids will have a great time with her.

Nice pickup buddy!! I gotta ask... did you check the paper and make sure no one was missing a dog?? I know peolpe abandon pups all the time but we lost our lab when she was a pup and found her walking down a country road about a mile away. We were pretty tore up that night while she was missing so it just brought back some memories. Just a thought. Great looking dog though! My 2 year old lab "pup" drives me crazy sometimes but I would probably die for her though!

Both Jennings and Bartholmew Co was checked and humain society was called before we spent money at the vet. Wouldn't want to take someones pet.

She sure does bring a smile to me every time I get out of the truck from work as she is running towards me for her daily rub down. ;D

    I'm stoked for you otty.
Awesome job you did. (all of my pets have ended up being rescues, even a couple of fish)

Just wanted to check! I called everyone when Maycie went on her excursion to let them know I was missing a pup. I have a chip in her too so that alerts thousands of locations nationwide. Some people are just punks. I saw someone in a Caddy dump a dog on a county road once...

I need to make it out and see her... reality will set in soon though my friend I was up from 3:40am-4:30am this morning cleaning up doggy puke in my room... at least I have hardwoods in there:p!!
