Hi, I have order my Achilles tang yesterday, so it will be arriving tommorow. This going be my first true(expensive) fish. I want to find out what the safest and best way to add it in my 120g tank. Tank have been established over 1 year now. Is mixed of fish and coral.

Here list of livestock I have in tank now:

    3 in yellow tang
    2 bicolor yellow purple fish
    2 in blue tang
    1 carpenter wrasse
    1 red cleaner shrimp
    3 small clownfishs

The Achilles tang going be 2-3 in. Please let me know what I can do to have the best surviability chance for the new tang.

    Thanks,

Temperature acclimate the tang well and introduce with lights off and keep them off for the rest of the day. Also feed the other fish before introducing the new fish. This has worked well for me.

I believe 3 inch yellow tang and 2 inch Blue tang. But I see your point.
