A while ago I bought a mated pair of percula clownfish. The first night they were in my tank the yellow tang killed the female clown with it's infamous tail. It's been a few weeks now and I want to add another perc so that I have a pair again. What is the chance that the clown I have now will just kill the one that I add? Should I get a male just incase my current clown changed into female already?

You should be fine if you get another one. Just try to get one slightly smaller.
