It's not really about body shape but more about genus. (Usually the same body shape is the Genus)

for example the Achillies is in the Acanthurus family and so is the Sohal there fore they would be difficult to keep in the same tank but a Naso is actually in the genus Naso. So that could be kept with an Achillies.

The Achilles Tang is doing great, That is a picture of it in my avatar.;D
From my experience I would say the Achilles is no more difficult to keep than say a Powder Blue Tang ::) (with that said )::) , Try to keep as close to pristine water Quality as possible and a stable temp, They love to swim against to currant of your water return. ( Anyway mine does ) He does defiantly like being in the bigger tank, So I would say the 75 gallon tank was a little small for him I wouldn't recommend keeping one in a tank under 100 gallons.
Amcarrig I think you would have no problem keeping an Achilles with your experience in keeping a reef tank. They are a Restricted Species and recommended as a Expert only fish.

This is true, I just don't know if I would chance it my self, as my Regal tang and my Achilles are defiantly not buddies and they are not of the same Genus.

Jason how is your 370 doing?

Thanks for the info and the compliment John :) Once the 180 is mature enough to handle one, I'll most likely be getting one of these fish!
