    Im moving my biocube into a friends room in the dorms but they are going to get their own LR for the tank, I have like... 15 pounds in it, I want to move it into the sump of my 40B , is it okay for me to just add it all in there at once?

    Yes, adding cured rock from an established system is fine as long as you keep it wet with saltwater. :)
