I have 8 lbs of LR in my 20 gal and i was wondering if (in the future) i could add more live rock without killing all the fish, corals, cuc ect. and starting a new cycle.I would like to have 20lbs in my 20 gal (thats the recomendation).

    thanks in advance :)

yes you can add more LR later. id recommend doing it in smaller increments , spread out over time. 2-5 lbs at a time to be on the safe side. or could go with base rock with no worries.

if it's fully cured and locally bought, yes. If shipped or even out of water for a while it can have die off that could start a small cycle or depending on how much die off, possibly even a hard cycle.
