well i wanted to get about 7-10 chromis for my 150. but there is a problem i found just now..

if you add so many fish at once.. how can you prevent from getting ich into the system? if no obvious signs are present at the moment of buying?

You should be fine. Cromis are not one of the fish that is known to come down with ich due to acclimating. They also should not be much shock on your bio-filtration.

To be on the safe side serve garlic rich foods to keep their immune systems up.

The answer to your question will ultimately depend on how badly you want to keep ich totally out of your system. Personally I have no tolerance for ich, and so I have learned to quarantine all my fish and treat prophylactically with copper for 2 weeks prior to transfering them to the DT. In this way I have avoided ich in my system. If you subscribe to this belief, you will likely want to limit your chromis purchase depending on the size of your QT. For example you could buy half now and half later and quarantine them.

However, many people believe that ich is not such a big deal, and can be dealt with using nutrition. As such, they would likely recommend simply adding the fish to your DT, possibly with a freshwater dip.

I think that either way could work for you, provided your biofilter is large enough to handle 7 new fish all at once. I would just keep a close eye on your ammonia, nitrite and nitrates for the first week or two. Just my 2 cents.
