Hello all...well i am finally thinking of adding another cleaner shrimp to my tank...im just a bit worried...i do have a wrasse who did eat a very small pistol shrimp...however the shrimp was the size of a zoo plankton lol...i also have a peppermint shrimp that seems to be able to hold his own vs the wrasse...any thoughts?

Well I think I was able to Positivly Identify your fish. It is a Halichoeres Melanurus Try "Hoeven's Wrasse" "Tail Spot Wrasse" or "Pink Strip Wrasse"

The Adult coloration of this fish is absolutly stunning. Only bad news is the isn't a whole lot of information out there for you. Good Luck

    Here are some links

It looks as if they get up to 5" by the info I have seen. I'm not sure but that coloration may stay if its a female.
