    I don't see alkalinity in your chemistry, that is one of the most important parts of chemistry for acros. 8-11 dkh is generally considered a good safe range.

    Maintaining stability is the key, I would be prepared to dose alkalinity/calcium/magnesium even if you might not need it, you can pick up 2-part solutions for relatively cheap (I use www.bulkreefsupply.com).

    As the colony grows it will start requiring more alk/ca and your water changes may not keep up with it. If you're just starting with a frag, water changes will probably keep up with it.

    I also think your lighting if more than fine if you have good reflectors.
