    Hey Dave, That clam is in your tank now right? For how long? The reason I ask is you run strictly VHO still Right and the clam looks beautiful. Kinda makes you wonder about lighting and all the rules for it don't it?

    Yes I have 440 VHO URI t12 bulbs. This clam has only been in the tank about 2months give or take a day or 2. THE LFS had him in a tank with 440 watts of VHO and I watched him for 1.5 months. which was 2 thirds down from the top. I may have to move him up a couple of inches if he shows signs of stress.
