Well if you want anemones you are going to need a very good and expensive light. They have high lighting demand and very special care requirements. I would HIGHLY suggest researching them before getting to stuck on one. I personally won't keep them due to the risk they pose to the rest of the tank.
The Nova extremes are good. That will give you an idea. You could keep most forms of corals with that light. But with nems you will have to step it up.

so you would recommend running the 4 bulbs then?

I ran a Nova Extreme on the same tank for almost a year. It was unable to support an anemone or SPS (hard corals). It worked very well for all softies, leathers and some LPS. Looks good, runs quiet. Only thing I would suggest is that when you get new bulbs, stay away from stock ones. UVL or Geismann bulbs are much better.

I would recommend the 6. It has a lot more power and down the line will open up more options coral wise for you. But the 4 is a decent unit and will keep softies just fine. It really depends on what you think you need. Buying the better unit is cheaper the first time than buying it after you owned the 4 bulb unit for 6 months and then want to step up.
