So, I work retail and this time of the year makes my head want to explode and me hide in a corner with all the people, "what do you mean you dont have this, god these lines are to long we should just leave, this didnt fit and your out of this now... blahblahblah...

And I havent even gotten to really spend any of my money from all my overtime... So Im looking to reward myself with something for the tank... Coral or Invert... No fish however. Got enough of those :).

Any suggestions? Just looking for ideas to place an order on LiveAquaria/Divers Den. To be shipped since I have tuesday off..

Possibly looking at a Maxima clam of some sort, My lighting is 3x 10,000k 54watt and 3x Actinics 54watt... and Distance from light to sand bed is about 25-23 depending on the spot. Not sure if it will support that, however my params are in check for a maxima from reading up.

    +K for Assistance please.

I know what you mean, I did retail for almost 18 yrs. Get easy to care corals like Zoas, Yellow polyps, Green Star Polyps, Candy Canes, Frogsprawn, Bubble coral, Torch or even Mushrooms.

Here's what I think looks cool:
Drs. Foster and Smith Diver's Den® - Gnathophyllum americanum

and all of the acroporas look really awesome!

I never knew about Diver's Den. That's so cool that you see the exact fish. I was looking at fish and fell in love with a couple - but I don't have my 90 set up yet!! Ahhhh that's what I get for browsing. lol.

does your store have those little plaques by the till that say " next customer"
so that each shopper can divide up their shopping on the conveyor

if so, next time a customer is being awkward

pick up one of the signs - show it to the customer and say "this is you, OK"
Then throw it as far as possible away from you and say " and I want you to stand over there"

What light fixture do you have, or do you have retrofits?

Regardless, 6x54w of t5ho will easily support maxima clams.

Do you dose Kalk? or run a calcium reactor, or dose 2 part? In any case, please note that clams are very good at using a lot of calcium so unless you havea reactor, you will notice the calcium levels dropping much quicker than before you got clams.
