    your parameters seem ok, although you want your nitrite to be zero.

    are all the fish in the tank displaying symptoms or just that one?

    are any fish bullying him? could the lion of stung him?
    I have heard triggers and lions aren't always the best of tang mates do to aggression.

    There are a wide variety of possibilities. Though I would assume first that it was something with the lion. Did the tang agg on the lion though?

    i had a yellow tang yesterday that did the same thing the trigger did today

    =/ Not sure yet. The tang already died? If so that makes things difficult..

    For now I recommend you not get anymore fish/livestock. (If something dies you can still get store credit for it rather than having to trade it in..)
