After cycling is completed , change a part of the water before adding fish or not ???

    After cycling is completed , change a part of the water before adding fish or not ???
    And after how long can i add fishes just the day i found NH3 , NO2 = 0 ,, "add immediately or wait some days"

    It won't hurt to change 5% of your water, and then add a couple of fish. Just keep testing for the next few days, and then eait another week before adding anything else. It's also a good idea to keep some Prime or something like that to detoxify ammonia should it spike once adding the fish.

    Absolutely change some water. If you went through a cycle, your nitrates should be up. The only real way of removing that is through water changes. It use to be common place to do 25%.

    I typically cycle a tank, change some water and then test it for ~3 days with an ammonia source. If no ammonia registers, your tank is ready. Don't drop a big 5" fish in their though. Start smaller so the bacteria will be able to keep up at this early stage.

    Nutrafins cycle

    when i cycled my tank i used Nutrafins Cycle Biological suplement you should be able to find it in every local fish store, but this cuts your cycling time to pretty much half. and it says you can add fish imeaditly but i still waited.
