Just saw this little bugger today on a zooa frag I brought in last week. Fairly certain it's you-know-who....
Look just beneath the bottom-left polyp, between the next one on the right..

It looks like aiptasia. It is not a new zoa polyp is it? In the picture they look similar in color and I can't see it that well. I had an aiptasia on a frag plug i got a couple months ago so i pulled the plug and scraped it and part of the plug off with a razor blade. No issue since. It makes it easier to try to kill it when it is on a plug which you can pull out of the tank.

Plug is glued down. Any suggestions on treatment?

I have heard good things about the Aiptasia X, but have never used it myself. I have been very lucky thus far with everything except cyano.

Just whatever you use DO NOT rip or tear it. Just gently blast it with Aptasia x,lemon juice, kalk paste. Never tried boiling water. Try to sneak up on it. The trick is for it to deflate while your stuff of choice is close to the mouth. This way it injests it. It may take more then one treatment.

Cool, guys thanks! I'm interested in the lemon juice. I'll have to research that method

I used a lot the lemon juice :). Use juice from a lemon, but filter it through a mesh, so no pieces of lemon in. Use a syringe with a needle and approach gently the bugger. He will retract once near it, but you will see the hole in the rock when he is. Force the needle in there and push couple of drops of lemon juice. When you take out the needle will see some cloudy stuff coming out of hole - thats the bugger. The reason you need to filter the juice is that otherwise will clog the needle (or use some of the thicker ones, but will be more difficult to squeeze them into rock)
In case you have lot of aiptasia, dont drop too much lemon juice in one day into tank, as PH will crash.

I borrowed some Joe's Juice from my neighbor when I noticed some aiptasia on a new plug. The aiptasia ate it up and died immediately. I was very pleased with the stuff.

I've got AipX in the mail. Using the lemon juice is enticing, but too risky for my novice @ss
