Aiptasia-X From Red Sea

Joe's Juice has always worked wonders for me. I've even accidentally gotten some JJ on other corals like Mushrooms, a buncha different Polyps, even in a BTA once! Never any ill effects other than when placed on the Aptasia.

However, if this stuff is a little cheaper, it looks like it would be the way to go. Plus I LOVE the idea of the bent application needle. It really is awkward trying to get Aptasia on the bottom of rocks, especially when it's growing sideways.

I'll be keeping a lookout.

 

Works great!! As good ad Joe's except the only negative I noticed is the liquid seems to be thicker than Joe's and is a little difficult to apply without blasting the aiptasia causing it to retract. If applied with care depressing the plunger very slow, it works fine!

I've tried Joes Juice - seems to work well. I've also used tweezers to get hold at base and remove. That works well too. Not sure if they will come back.

i don't understand how kalkwasser did'nt work.if it retracts just cover it with thick kalk paste.

 

Got a bottle today to get rid of two aiptasia that wouldn't go away. Worked great and within minutes no more aiptasia.
