Aiptasia?

    i think it is a majano as well but I think aiptasia-x would take care of that....i have some & it worked wonders

    Yeah, aiptasia usually has longer tentacles as well. They look all stragely and nasty. Look up pictures of them on google.

    It does look a little closer to majano. I turned the light on when I woke up to peak at it this morning and it was closed up but within a few seconds started opening up for some light, little devil. I'll go get some Joe's Juice/Aptasia X on Friday or Saturday and kill it. Thanks for the help!

    pickilng lime mixed as kalk paste and injected with a needle or a salifert test kit syringe works great, as long as you don't nuke too many shrooms or majeos or aiptasia at the same time. Pickling lime will raise your Ca, but too much at a time will not be good for the reef.

    I nuked a few fuzzy shrooms, a vermetid snail on my clam that was annoying it, and a few aiptasia that were hitchikers froma local reefers zoo frags i bought. The aiptaisa were int he middle of the frag, and even a few hours later, the zoos are happy as ever, especially with no aiptasia annoying them.

    We rearranged the rocks last night and since I had it out of the water I burned it with a lighter lol I hope it doesn't come back!
