Air bubbles coming out of my skimmer

    I have had my skimmer running for a couple months now and i am noticing alot more bubbles being released from the riser tube, where the water flows out of the skimmer. There was a point where there was hardly any bubbles coming out with the water. What is happening and can i make it stop?

    Lower the water height in the skimmer.

    thats done by lowering the riser tube, correct?

    I would say raising the riser tube depending on where the water exits. I would need to see a pic of your skimmer or know the manufacturer and model of the skimmer.
