Air Bubbles Getting Pumped Into Skimmer

    Hey all -

    I recently purchased an AquaC urchin last week, and installed it on Thursday. It is currently set up in the part of the sump where the water enters from the overflow. When the water comes out of the overflow tube it is mixed with air bubbles, which I presume are being sucked into the pump powering the protein skimmer. Will this affect the performance of it?

    I would think it should not effect the overall effeicency of the skimmer no.
