    I dont know if you will check this tonite or not but, check out 1saleaday.com they have fans on there right now for cheap that you could rig up. just an idea.

    Problem is solved but thanks for pointing out the site. It's always good to have a few places to check out when stuff like this is needed.

    I think you need an active cooling technique and apparatus to more effectively remove the heat generated by the electronic ballast in a solid-state lighting, such as a LED lamp, to keep the temperature of the electronic components of the ballast within safe limits.
