    Hi Acenia,
Don't worry about the bubbles in your sand bed as this is normal it is just the final stage of the nitrogen cycle. And this it just evidence of nitrogen gas being produced by anaerobic bacteria ......................................................................................John

I just shove my algae scraper down the front of the glass through the sand, as I don't like the 'look' the bubbles give. It looks dirty...even tho I know it is a good thing going on;D

Go ahead and stir where it bothers ya!;) Sand should be randomly stirred anyway. (not all at once...like half to a third at a time) IMHO

Allot of the bubbles that come up from the sand get caught under some LR. Do i just let them be for now or should i use a baster to blow them off.
