    Unless you have your own helium bottle! It has to float somehow! If the motors had to hold it up, they'd have to be bigger which would weigh more and add to the cost.

    Even the fly around blimps you see at hockey/sports game need helium. Unless you are god and can make stuff levitate! :p

    a lot of the dollar stores have helium, i have bought ballons there. might be a cheap place to get the fish filled up
