    Anyone have any reason why we shouldn't use airsoft BBs as Bio Media?

    Do they have positive buoyancy? A pitted surface?

    For the same reasons people generally don't recommend biomedia, among the lack of surface area (they're solid), and the fact that (AFAIR) they float.

    +1 also, what is it made of? Many plastics aren't reef safe.
