Lol thanks everybody, I appreciate it!

Got a few new adds today and yesterday. I was finally able to catch my murder pep shrimp. I caught him pecking in my star and said ohhh helllll nah and decided he had to go asap. I had to move around a few rocks but I eventually got him! So I traded my LFS the pep for an emerald crab, I think it was fair since I only bought the pep for 5 bucks. The guy I buy my corals and livestock from txtd me today bc I had been asking him if he could get me a rose BTA. He had forgotten he had one that split from a huge one he has. Soo I decided to take the jump and get it! He only asked 20 bucks for it so I couldn't pass it up, considering the prices I see for those bad boys at most LFS! He's in the tank and moving around trying to get comfy! I love it.

I was also finally able to get my YWG to eat for the first time today! So I'm realllyy relieved about that. I think Hes finally warming up to me here's a few pics

Thanks 2in10. I'm really excited about the nem. My clowns haven't really seemed to notice it yet.. But I'm hoping they do! I'm thinking they might not take refuge in it until I have a few other fish in the tank with them.. There too busy roaming around picking off pods to be chilling in the nem right now lol

Definitely! I'm going to add him pretty soon. He gets annoyed when I move around his PVC pipes when I feed him, so I want him to find a spot in my scape. I think he'll like having a sandy bottom better too. He keeps seeing his reflection in the bottom glass and he'll swim around inverted, face first, and just scoot around everywhere trying to attack "the other goby" in the glass lol.

So I mentioned earlier I was treating my bryopsis problem with Tech M magnesium. It's been about 2 weeks, and there's only a little bit of bryo left one rock. It took a few bottle of Tech M. I probably should've just bought a gallon jug from BRS or something, but I really had no clue how much it would really take to get rid of it. But oh well. I've had it hovering around 2000ppm for a few days now, and every morning I wake up and more has disappeared. So anyone out there with bryo problems, mag treatment is the way to go! BTW, no i'll effects on any of my inverts, coral, or fish.. Only one of my zoa's have lost a little color, but thats bc I've been blasting it with the Tech M directly, as it was the most infected rock. Just thought I'd let yall know how it was going!

 

Hey AW1447, I just read through your entire thread pg 1-11 and really love the progress and how the tank is looking. Your definetely doing something right. Keep up the good work and I cant wait to see all the new adds and the progress that comes along.
Keep posting, i do the same even though noone replies its still nice to see your own tanks progress.
