Haha I appreciate that. I don't really do anything special I don't think. Just keep on top of everything. I'm still pretty new to the hobby, but I'm happy the way things are Looking. I've definitely hit my fair share of snags though, that's for sure.

New little clown I got from petco last weekend. He's been in the QT for a week now, and given he's doing well, I'll add him to the display in another week or so. Hopefully my female clown won't terrorize him too much!

Figured it was time for a little tank update.. I added my 2nd clown to my display today. My female immediately went straight to the newbie and starting "vibrating" lol. They've been twitching at eachother alll day. Along with the occasional fighting. Hopefully they'll calm down over the next few days though, my female already has a few pieces of fin missing haha. Other than that, no changes really.. I've just been watching things grow, and enjoying the tank. I do have a hitchhiker crab that I'm thinking what to do about. It's a decent sized black mithrax. He's grown fairly quickly in the passed few months, so I'm leaning towards taking him out before anything bad happens. He's not bothering anyone thus far though, so we shall seeee. I just took a few pics on my iPhone, so enjoy!

Haha thanks man. I never did bother building a canopy, I don't have the carpentry skills lol. I just have some eggcrate over the top, so I won't have anymore jumpers. So what ya thinking about getting at the fish store?

I'm wanting to get a few mushrooms: blue, purple, or red
Going to see what kind of hardy SPS they may have.
Blue sympodium if they still have some.
I'll probably let the GF pic something out too. She really likes acans, blastos, and hammers.

For fish I'm thinking a YWG, longnose hawk, or chalk bass. I'm wanting a fish that is fairly active though so I'm still not sure.

Sounds like a good plan ya got there. I have a YWG and used to have a longnose hawk. The goby is really cool for a bottom dweller, they definitely have a lot of personality. Same with hawkfish, it seems like not too many people have them on there. But there really cool fish. I had a longnose that I really loved, but it ended up jumping out one day. He was really active and fun to watch though, if they have one at your store I'd definitely get it.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Looking very good aw1447.

I have always appreciated the fact that you QT all your fish, I think that is outstanding!!!! With that said, clowns QT'd alone with no other clown can prove to be a challenge. The new clown fish should have ideally submitted to the clown in the tank, and not visa ..... so keep a good eye on those two to make sure you did not end up with 2 females, because that will just not work out.

Love the mushrooms pictured below the BTA.!!!!!
