All is well now :) my new little clown started doing the little seizure move pretty quick and the fighting is pretty much done! Every now and then the bigger clown will get a little agro, but the little one will seize up a few times and the big girl settles down. I'm soooo glad.

As for the powerhead, I ended up getting a koralia nano, so it's another 425 gph added to my inital 450. The surface scum is no more :). Now, my reef cleaners CUC just needs to get here and I'll be set! Any ideas for future livestock anyone? (won't be for awhile though)

Here's a few pics of my little guys

Hello all! Quick question.. Do yall have any experience using reef safe adhesive to keep your corals in place? Also, all my params are looking good and my frags I have so far are looking great.. When is an appropriate time to add a few more frags?

    Thanks guys!

AquaScape Construction Epoxy 4oz, Mauve - AquaCave I use that and it works pretty well. You can add coral whenever you want, they dont effect bioload

I can never find anything like that at the LFS around my house, is there anything that can be bought your common major stores? (petco, home depot, lowes, etc)

Little update. I bought a little piece of LR with like 13 various sized red mushrooms yesterday! They still haven't opened all the way like they were at the store, so hopefully they do soon

Here's a pic. Sorry about the low quality, all I have is my iPhone for pics :(

saints fan - Im jealous of yours dude. This is my first salt tank, and its a little less than a month old. But I'll get there! I'm following along with your transfer to the 40, keep those pics coming! I need some ideas to steal haha.

So I was checking my tank out this morning, and confirmed that I have some kind of worm. Not sure what kind though. It looks like a little spiral tube, and spits out some kind of little thread or string of something.. I'll try to take a pic of it, but its pretty small. Are yall familiar with these guys? Are they bad? If so, how do I take them out immediately!? lol. Thanks everybody

My CUC from reefcleaners came in today! I only paid for 60 snails, but I'd guess I received at least 150 (mostly dwarf ceriths). It's seriously an army of snails lol. I might end up having to take some out, but we'll see. I also got a peice of macroalgae with the shipment. I'm not sure what type it is, but I'll post a pic below and hopefully yall can enlighten me. I'm going to have to build a cover for the tank tmrw, one of the larger snails is quite the little escapee lol

Also, could yall please check out my post above, about the little worm I have. I'm still trying to get an ID on it, I need to know if I should get rid of the little thing or not. Thanks for any help.

    Enjoy the pictures :)

So Im not sure if anyone actually follows this thing, but hey I enjoy it so here's a little update :)

I had a small aiptasia sighting last week, it was a little group of them on the underside of one of my rocks. In a few short days, I could see little groups of them scattered on even more rocks. So, I decided to take action. I bought a dental syringe and squirted the bigger ones directly, and haven't seen them since. However, the guy I get all my livestock from told me that using just water does kill them, but can also release spores in the water and spread even more.. I ended up buying a pep shrimp from him for $5, and everytime I look in the tank he's munching down on those aip's :). I love it.

I have a few new frag additions as well. One of them is some type of xenia.. If anyone knows the complete name, please enlighten me. I also got a few small zoa frags that he threw in with the pep and xenia. They haven't reached they're full color potential yet, but pics will come when they do! Here's a shot of my new xenia though. Enjoy

The worm you were mentioning sounds like a spaghetti worm. Can't tell without a pic, but if it is, they are harmless.
