All the LFS in Montana carry Gem Tangs and Candy Basslets. Only 3-4 carry the Dr Suess Soapfish though... scrubs....

Ok quick update. My corals are dull and not doing hot (well the SPS anyway) so i am implementing EcoBak pellets is an modded BRS reactor. In order to making things easier in my tank. I built hard line pvc inserts to hook up.

The guy I got my tank from siliconed heavily the bulkheads with a barbed end, so instead of reinventing the wheel, I just built the hard line to sync up with the barbs and use vinyl as a coupling. The drain line is 1.25" and the return is .75".

I glued the pieces together then let a couple of days go by... just in case, my tank didn't like not having the sump on but oh well. The drain line I had to leave in two parts due to size/stand restraints. I used teflon tape and dry fit the halves together at that joint and it worked well.

Final touches are you retune the durso drain and clean up the wiring.

Well Shin came over today, andwe worked for about three hours. Drained my tank, cleaned it up, pulled it out 3 niches from the wall, then put it back together. So far we added an mp10 on the back wall, removed some debris, replaced the return with a mag 12, and removed my under utalized reef angel to be better used in the new system.
So with my flow higher, my skimmer cleaned and optimized, and alot of manual remover of slime. I think this tank will get back on track.

We also picked up a gorg for my new build and a couple electric blue hermits because Ive always wanted them.

Things to do: Change up my frag racks, Reprogram lights, and set up the mp10 as a slave on the back wall.

I can make these pellets tumble and I just blew up a mag 7 somehow. I'm done with tank stuff.
