Ok, I'm officially Starting the new build thread. I recieved this tank from a good firend who neer got it going, a 125 dual center AGA RR with black finish stand. It came with an ETSS Skimer and a couple of off brand pumps, full durso overflow system, an Oceanic Sump and was only missing lights.

First thing I did was research the skimmer, passed on it, and ditched the returns and stand. Thanks to Matt, Zetlight, and 3reef I will be lighting half of it with a Zetlight 3600 and the other with maybe a reefbreeder unless something changes.

    Equipment will be:
    Mag 9.5 return
SRO 2000xp Internal skimmer (Nope its going to be a SRO3000sss)
    2 300W Jagger Titanium Heaters
    Sicce Voyagers
    Reef Angel Controller
    Algae Turn Scrubber

Pretty excited I have all the lumber for the new stand, and dry Key Largo inbound to sculpt my aquascape.

    Staining:

Didn't like the stain much, but it will be on the inside. I'll skin the whole thing in golden oak.

Whew, back issues put this build way behind, anyway skinned and trimmed... almost. Next part involves putty, sanding, staining, and sealing.

Stand done!!!!! Shin helped me get it in place.

Ok ACTUAL Progress. 6/5/13, aka 6 months late I finally got my rock-work done. All the dry rock was from Marco Rocks, and I picked up his E-Marco-400 which is the coolest stuff ever! Here is my first island/pillar:

Two Islands done and playing in the tank with positioning:

Shin came over to guide me with the third big island:

And Then things got REAL! I got scared at how heavy these were with only 3-4 tiny points of contact, and I know its silly, but I went out, bought a piece of starboard (HDPE) scrap from a palce locally for $6 and cut it.

I then cut some 1 inch PVC rings to stableize, disperse weight, and give a little underflow for my roxk and here are the pics:
