And thanks for the nice comments too :)

It is still very early days with this tank as its just under 4 months since I set it up.

I did have the typical agae bloom, (hair algae and a bit of brown on the sand) as you can see in some of the older pictures but this has retracted brilliantly in the past month.

The phos reactor is working well and obviously doing its job. As the algae can give inaccurate test results I had played a lot by ear or eye in the early stages ;)
All the livestock and corals are feeding well and all being well it will mature into a nice tank.

Test results show zero across Phos, Nitrite, nitrate and ammonia
    450ppm for calcium
    Ph 8.2
    Sg 1.026
    Temp is 78-80
If anything my magnesium is high but from what I have read this isnt a major issue, maybe someone else could shed some light on high mg.

And finally getting the glass cleaned since the rock work caused a huge pain to get around.

    Thanks again all :)

Very nice. And all of the pics (including close ups) are in focus, which is nice as a lot of people struggle to take in-focus close ups. Kudos!

    Thanks :)

As it happens I did have probs taking close up pics in focus too. I havent got a great camera, just a Fuji finepix 3500s, which are very cheap and is about 4 years old now lol

Where I am going with this is that I was always taking pics using the highest resolution, mahes sense eh? Anyway what I found was that if I dropped the res right down not only could I zoom in a lot more but also It focused better! Also even though the res isnt great the pictures are just right to add to forums. You never know this might be useful to others :)

And thanks for the comments ;)

Thanks Guy, and by looking at your stock we seem to have the same taste in coral......;)
