    I just saw where you live. When discarding this stuff, you must freeze it for 24 hours and then throw it in trash destined for landfill. There are species that are not invasive, but looking in the background, this one is....

    it looks like feather caluerpa, just pull it by hand its pretty easy to get rid of....great for a fuge though

    Sometimes fish won't eat it that happily like you think they would. It's said to be noxious.

    This is a species that is known as Feather caulerpa. There are several species that look pretty much the same and fall under this common name.

    If you didn't put it there and it's not something you want, pull it now.

    in a city in a state in the usa
    just dispose of it properly do not put it in the tolit or the sink. it will take over your local waters big time!!!
