    Looks like cyano to me that's off-gassing.

    It looks to me like at least some is bubble algae

    Bubbles are common with cyano which can be mistaken for bubble algae. Tonight I will try to remove it. I just wanted confirmation on the id.

    Wow, I'm sorry. Hunter is right on that. I've never seen so many bubbles being given off like that. I take it that rock wasn't fully cured?
