    Keep an eye out for more bubbles. And/or try and rule out dinoflagellates. If you are in the early stages and the rock can be removed, I'd pull it out.

    those bubbles are just air bubbles....as soon as i brought the rock to the surface they disappeared. i just cleaned that rock...but I'm going to leave my lights off for awhile

    i took the all the infected rock out and scrubbed it under scalding hot water.... will this help?
