i am wanting to move some corals from a tank that recently had a large cyno bloom. The corals might have some cyno on them and i am a little scared that the cyno might take hold in the other tank if i try to move the corals over. Should i be worried about this? Or should i just try to remove the cyno as best as i can with a soft toothbrush?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
If it's truly cyano is should really just blow off easily.

You can easily dip them if it is a concern. Personally I think that conditions have to be right for cyano to take hold and that undergoing certain interventions to prevent it's introduction might be a lesson in frustration.
