Already dosing Kalk as I said, but I am going to increase the dose, currently 4tsp per 5 gallons of RO/DI, will slowly increase 1tsp at a time and see if my Alk will hold.

Also try using a salt mix with a naturally higher buffering capacity like Tropic Marin or add buffer to raise your alkalinity to help reduced the pH swings.

I know you already started dosing.. I just meant put kalk in your ATO (or get a dosing pump) to make it easier on you ;). I used to dose daily by hand. I found it tedious lol. Seriously a dosing pump is so worth the money.

Again? Really? You really need to start reading threads before you post. The OP has already stated that their pH has been stabilized (aka pH swings not a problem). They additionally tested a fresh batch of saltwater and found the alk to be 9.3 (aka they do not need to change their salt). The levels of the fresh batch of saltwater looked so good, that I am actually wondering what type of salt mix they are using. What are you, a tropic marin rep or something?

Thanks Gabby, but as I mentioned in the first post, I'm already doing Kalk in my ATO
