    Are you sure you tested properly? What was your test method (brand, kit type)?

    If those results are correct, you're going to cook things.

    That would be a good idea along with first double checking your test kits. If the kits are correct then make sure your change water is within parameters and then re-check your dosing routine to make sure you don't have this happen again.

    seachem titration. Test strips also show >300. This explains why i cant get coraline growth.

    Added baking soda to adjust pH awhile back. That's undoubtedly the cause. I won't be doing that again. I just need to get it down.

    A 5 gallon water change and a 3 gallon top off got it down to 4.5. Another water change should get it into the ideal 2.5-4 range.
