Luckily it took me so long to setup my account, I got the verbal ok from the wife before my payment went through

 

Now the question is; what do you do with DD livestock? Normally I QT for 4-6 weeks, but they already QT for a month. Acclimate, keep in acclimation box for at least a day, and then release into the DT? Or acclimate, and into the QT for a couple of weeks?

 

And apparently an account already setup

 

Opening Pandora's box on this one...

DD does treat and/or QT all their stuff. However, they still advocate QT'ing any purchases from them regardless.

This is probably more of a do-as-I-say rather than a do-as-I-do, but this guy would go into the acclimation box right after acclimation if it was coming to my door. But I wouldn't widely advise that to the masses; QT is always safest. The decision is yours.

 

Understood. I have QT'd all fish to date, including those purchased from online vendors. But never from DD, and never for this much $$

I will think about it some more...

 

I was told by a guy that wrasses in general are pretty disease resistant anyway. He has alot of pricey wrasse and just places them in acclimation boxes /shrug. When something I like is coming up on DD my wife constantly refreshes the page ntil its updated and has a ninja-like pay process.
