You can make one in that case.

I presume they sell these (or something equivalent) over there?

Then take a soldering iron (in a well ventilated area) and melt holes in it.

Two at once in there would be okay for a couple days, provided you're not really cramping one.

This is what you want: Social Acclimation Box

I just ordered one myself. I don't know if they will ship to the UK though...

Only if it is large enough and has holes in it.

Provided it allows water movement through it and the door is secure, I don't see why not.

Thinking about a using Wrasse as my focus fish wise on a 30x30 cube. Is this tank adequate to hold 4 or 5 assorted wrasse?

That's a tough size for most wrasses, and ultimately isn't big enough for many.

I feel Paracheilinus (flashers) need at least 3' of swimming space, and with your diagonal at 42", you do qualify there, but it's still a touch borderline to me. Many would do it however.

It's not big enough for many Cirrhilabrus (fairys). Those which don't exceed 3.5" or so would work however.

The smaller Halichoeres would be fine, if you're willing to accept the caveats with Halichoeres.

It's not big enough for Macropharyngodon.

    Wetmorella (possum) wrasses are suitable.

So really it just depends on what appeals to you. It's doable, but only with a certain subset.
