The only other bit I'd add is I suspect they could be underfed. If you feed 2-3 times a day, I wouldn't expect this to be happening.

 

Ok Hunter. My Female lineatus loves the acclimation box. She goes back in when it gets dark. How can I not stress her out like I have in the past by pulling it out of the tank.

 

You mean the top is open but she still goes and comes? LOL That's pretty good.

Try rotating it a bit for a few days until it's 90 degrees and the open top is now the side. Basically make it become less inviting.

 

Put a Bieber poster on the wall of the acclimation box. That'll do it.

 

Not if it's a young female.
