ALL new way to add 5 fish at one time. The JON method

I was sleeping, and i came up with this Awasome Idea for the impatent amoung us!!!

Ok, so you have your show tank. Your favorite pet store is having a close-out sale, selling 100.00$ fish for a couple of bucks. Your tank has room, But rule of thumb is one new fish at a time, so what do you do?

Bring out your beastly new filter media, thats what you do.

heres how you make one.

you'll need...
NEW filter media for current filter.(works best with a sponge/carbon mix)x1
air pump x1
airstone x1
10 gal tank (or smaller) x1
fishing line (5 feet should do) x1
perserved brine shrimp (frozen only) x1


Get everything you'll need. First, prep your 10gal. (wash,ect) and fill it with tank water.(from your show tank) . set up your airpump and air stone. take your New filter media, and stack them ontop of each other. Now take your air stone,(attached to pump) and tie ontop of your filter media. (Like your wraping a parcel in twine)
now put the while thing (media, air stone), AIRSTONE DOWN, in the 10 gal. Tank. run the pump. You should see bubles come out of the top of your media. If you do add.
the dead sea monkeys (brine shrimp) the more, the better!

So whats the big idea behind this whole thing. Ammonia. Using the airstone, you've created a vacume that will draw air through your NEW filter media. giving a small water flow. The brine shrimp decay, giving off ammonia. The idea is to create a filter cartrage, that has more bacteria than it needs.

To use your Beastly cartrage, just replace the one you were using, and put in your new, beastly on.

so that when you add new fish to your tank, you wont see that small spike, that may kill you expensive fish.

this method, invented by me, Jon. free for every one to use. theirs only 2 rules. 1 you must tell this method to every one who wants to hear it. and 2. it should be known as the jon method or the geeksquad method.(dont ask, its an inside thing) rember, this is my baby. im leting it free to help people all over. i was trying to do something like that only using a spare power head and using irrigation piping to make a rain bar. it really sucked cause water always splashed everywhere and i canned the project.... but regardless of how you do it if your establishing a Beastly cartridge the jon method is a cool name for it. I don't lay claim to anything here i'm sure many have tried before.
