    Hi 3REEF Members,

So here I start all over again, and this time on the right foot.

Background history of my tank: I bought this tank 6 months ago, when I didn’t know anything about reef keeping. The same day, put NSW, sand, LR, fishy and Corals. Been struggling since then to keep my fishy and corals more than a week or so. It was a 120 gls tank, with two fluorescent light bulb of 40w, overhead filter, and that’s it.

This was until 4 months back when I became a member of 3reef, and all changed. I got a lot of advises and spent lot of time reading on the net. So now I am back to square one and started cycling my tank since one week.

Here are some pictures on my tank been cycled for four days.

The light of my 10gls tank looks ridiculous now with my new t5 light.

Some of the upgrades was the light, sump tank, reactor, skimmer, pumps, etc…

Once again, thanks 3reef members for your supports and answering my stupid questions, but I now feel on a good start and will update you when my tank starts to look nicer with fishy and corals.

    Brgds,

Looking good. As long as you follow all the necessary steps and rules in reef keeping, You should have no problem this time around. I wish you luck and I look forward to seeing your progress.

Looks like your off to a good new beginning. Remember, take your time and don't rush it. Patience will ultimately end with a successful aquarium.
