I am 5 weeks into cylce , I have 20lbs of live rock and 15lbs of dry. I used 3 bags of live sand. I have 1 green chromis 1 turbo snail and some other black and yellow striped snail. I have been testing amm once a week and have had 0 , 0.1 nitrites and 0.2 natrate. I have green hair algea growing . Was it the live sand that quicky cycled my tank? do i need a clean up crew now?

Probably a combination of the live rock, sand and the bioload. I would add a clean up crew to take care of the hair algae and then keep an eye on your nitrates once the algae is consumed.
