Alveopora doa?

We received an order from saltwaterfish.com of all corals, all of the bags were clear with water except for our alveopora. We read on forums that it was possible that it could have melted in the bag during shipping but wanted to see everyone's opinion on it. It's currently temp acclimating in the tank now.

I wouldn't even open the bag. What are their suspected DOA instructions?

 

"If animal arrives "doa," please follow the acclimation instructions and notify us within 5 hours of the fedex delivery time on your order using the -online guarantee request system- you will be eligible to recieve a refund for that animal." We have a qt bucket to let it out in. I think we'll open the bag to see what it's like.
