    lights?

Hey man, quick question about your lights. I have a 29 gall tank also but have a pc fixture with 130 watts total at 30" long for the fixture. what brand of fixture do you have and where did you get it? I would like to find a 30" t5 fixture with more than 130 watts.

I have found that the fish in my 55 get stressed when I put the moonlights on. So i just leave them unplugged...When the moonlights were on, the fish just were not as "healthy" acting, meaning they would not be as ravenous when feeding ect....Its like they need total darkness to sleep properly, kinda like us!

Time of day doesn't matter that much as long as the lenght of time the lights are on is the same. You could have them come on later if it suits your tank veiwing needs better.
