I have a 4 month old biocube. It is doing very well and I want a red tip anemone. Is my tank established enough for an anemone? BTW, I have a 150w sunpod for my lighting
    Thanks!

Probably not, at 1 year a tank is usually established enough for an anemone.

You'll have booms and busts in the populations of nearly everything in your tank, including algae, pods, bristleworms, and literally everything else besides fish that can reproduce in tank conditions. You system will get more stable, by virtue of you having more experience with keeping alk, calcium, magnesium, and you other advanced parameters in check, and by the processes the go on with the other organisms. You'll know if you're ready to keep an anemone for the long haul, as they can live 100+ years in the wild. For those aquarists truly devoted, anemones can live 20+ years.

I would try a torch coral. My true percs love my torch.

When I first put them in, they also considered my long tentacle plate coral before deciding on the torch.

yeah but i want some more variety of color in my tank. the red tip anemone seemed like a good choice. Unless there is some kind of blue or red hammer or frogspawn.
