Yeah Sean is already pushing his little baby couch around the living room and climbing up on it to get to stuff also, he actually pulls up on the back of it and just walks behind it till it hits something then up he goes

I think boys are just born climbers. It seems like all my friends with girls never had issues with them climbing the furniture. It used to drive my father nuts - my kitchen was probably more secure than Fort Knox. My father couldn't open my childproof cabinets/drawers - the boys figured it out in no time. So much for childproofing! I could write a book (a horror story) on some of our little incidents. Not many people I knew had Poison Control on speed dial.....;D

 I've made it a point not to do much childproofing. I think that the most I've done is put a baby gate in front of the fireplace (don't know what the heck we're going to do come winter time when we'll want to use it) and put covers on the outlets. The boy is rarely out of our sight long enough to get into trouble but that is subject to change at any moment....eep!

I had to put child locks on my tank stand after I found Sean nearly bathing in my sump tank, besides that and the electric recep plugs and a baby gate we haven't done much

Thankfully, our sump is in the basement and the tank is so tall that even I need a stepstool to put my hands in it.
