Your tank should be able to process ammonia. Something is causing a big source of it- what is your skimmer doing? I would wet and over skim. How good is your skimmer?

I agree; something is not right. 3 things I can think of:

-Ammonia test kit is not reading right (not likely given the die-off you have already seen, but still possible).
-Something large is decaying as Tom suggested.
-I seem to remember when Cupramine is used, you can get false ammonia readings. If you have already suspected copper as the cause for your coral loss, it is possible you are in fact getting a false reading. The Seachem Ammonia Alert monitor will show you actual ammonia readings either way. I would also recommend getting a good copper test kit (either Seachem or I believe Salifert).

    Hope any of this helps!

Well there is deff still snails and some corals I could not get out that I am sure are still decaying. With 2.0ppm ammonia wouldnt my fish be dead or dying? They all seem fine.

Skimmer is swc 160. Its pulling usual. Tons of gunk thing is a beast. Also have poly filters in there to take out the copper or other contaminents and fresh caebon.
