    Does anyone have experience with Amquel, Ammolock, or any other ammonia neutralizer?

    I put a sponge from my DT into a QT, but I want to be prepared in case the sponge doesn't have enough bacteria in it to handle the load, especially considering it's all of my fish...

    ER....the DT is "65" RSM250 (I think it's really a 55 w/ 10 gallon back chamber), the QT is a 29 breeder.
